29 September 2011 not possible at all , even FCA without COP can not do attest funcation.

29 September 2011 YES, EVEN EXAM FORM OF ICAI CAN'T CERTIFIED BY NON COP HOLDER.

30 September 2011 All please update your knowledge, Exam Forms can be certified by Any CA, COP is not mandatory now.
You can even confirm this by inquiring at ICAI over there official telephone numbers.

30 September 2011 Is this thing as per any clarification or regulation of ICAI...If yes then please let me knw the same, as i wanted to know what things an ACA without COP can certify..

In ca regulation act not mentioned that attestation work can be done by non COP holder.
