12 September 2012 Yes, If You Show Your Details Regarding Degree Proff of Changed Name & DOB Then ICAI Will Change.
Yeah, Dear Joglekar Sir, Sometime We Need to Change Our DOB, Bcoz May be Its Wrong Mentioned in Our Certificates.

12 September 2012 That is once in million possibility to change DOB. Even in recent times, Supreme court also suggested a good hint to our ex army chief. It is really very hard to believe that a person enrolling for CA course had no opportunity of whatsoever to detect the mistake. (Anyway, theorotically, DOB may get changed as you explained)

13 September 2012 In the low educated areas, when for some reason or other, the parents wanted to put their kid into school. The norms for the admission were bent to change the date of birth. This is how maximum school going children in earlier days had the DOB in the month of June. Now it is shifted to 1/1/20xx. Keeping an untrue DOB, which has been solemnised by our parents in one way or other does not really make any sense except for "fortune" by Janam PAtri.
