Hi Friends
Hope everyone aware that filing of b/s and p&l in XBRL mode in mandated for certain companies based on General Circular No. 09/2011. (Click here to read the circular-http://mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/xbrl_31mar2011.pdf)
I read the FAQ's but still finding difficult to understand. Can anyone brief in simple way?
There are lot of softwares available in internet. Had anyone used one of them and found good, please share the same.
It would be of great help to all if anyone can brief the steps in converting the Financial Statement in excel format to XBRL format in simpler way.
