MY SISTER WORKING AS A LECTUTER AND SHE ALSO PURSUING M.TECH. SHE PAID RS 27000 TOWARDS TUTION FEE. IS THE ABOVE AMOUNT ELIGIBLE FOR 80 C WHILE COMPUTING HIS NET TAXABLE INCOME.

u/s 80C tution fees upto two child is allowable. It is not allowable to you as well as to your sister also.
