About transfer in secondment of article assistant

Sir , i completed my one and half year of my articleship now i want to take my transfer within the same city because in my recent article i learned only audit work...please sir help me how to take my transfer in secondment rule.

in same city you are not permissible for transfer in 2nd year dear
