About transfer form 109

I have singed transfer form 109 from my principal on 30.6.2014.But from some reason i couldnt submit it..Now what is the procedure???..some of my friend says form should be submitted within 1 mnth from that date which is 30.6.2014....In my case the requirued period is finished.......plz reply me as soon as possible .........

just submit the form alongwith the a condonation request letter. There is no condonation fees for Form 109

it is just an application requesting institute to accept the delay for submission of Form 109
