This is to inform you that I Ekta
student of ICAI got through CA IPCC in the month of Feb.2012 and started with my articleship in the same month(i.e. on 18th feb.2012). Later, in the month of Jan.2013 I took transfer and got myself re-registered in the month of May,2013 due to non-availability of seats for transfer case. Now i got to know that my CA FINAL attempt has been shifted from Nov.2014 to May,2015 as i didnt get re-registered till 30th April,2013. I hereby request you to suggest me a measure(if any) so that i could appear for exams in Nov.2014 only.

nopes ekata...you should have only less than 6 months of articleship left as on 1 day of the month in which exams are held. So you miss out by some days. You will have to go for May 15 only.

Sir any any kind of provision..through medical or excess hours work...bcz meri knwledge m tha he nhi attempt shift ho jayega... :(

No Ekta, there are no such provisions. with regards to revision of Form 103, ICAI will ask for all the documents including 102 even if you say that there was error in the earlier submitted form. how will you get a backdated 102.
