CAN ANYONE TELL ME PLEASE ... THAT IN THEROY PAPER WHICH METHOD IS TO BE PREFER FOR ANSWERING THE QUESTION ... PARAGRAPH FORM OR POINWISE ANSWER ??? AND REFRENCES OF SECTION AND SA IS COMPULSORY??

Both form to be used.
When answer is point wise use that & when answer is para wise use that.
Section Reference & SA Reference is not compulsory so dont give.
Give only if you know perfect, but never write any wrong section ok.
