13 May 2014 WHAT IS THE TIME PERIOD ALLOWED TO REJOIN CA FIRM AFTER TERMINATION FROM EXISTING CA FIRM?

13 May 2014 There is no such time limit prescribed by ICAI. But do ASAP otherwise ur attempt will b delayed.

14 May 2014 i have joined in articles on 11th oct 2013 and taken termination on 21 apr 2014.i want to rejoin in articles after the exams i.e. 10 june 2014. is it possible or not? when i can appear for final exams may 2016 or nov 2016..please help me. thanks in advance

14 May 2014 Yes u can rejoin after the exams. U can appear for finals after completion of 30months of articles. In ur case it comes to 6 months(ur previous articles) + 24 months (from when u rejoin the articles). Suppose u join on 10th of June 2014 then ur attempt will fall due on Nov 2016. Coz 10 June 2016 comes to 30 months.
