About tax invoice

A Dealer(seller) which is having TIN and i purchase something, i am also a dealer. But seller not issue tax invoice. he(seller) provide me retail invoice.
what is remedy for me?

if you purchase with retail invoice then you can not take input tax credit. so tell your seller to cancelled retail invoice and give tax invoice with TIN No.of purchaser.
