About Non Profit Organization Under Section 25

17 July 2011 I want to Know how much fees required to form a non profit organization , section 25 company ???

Is it is hard to get roc for NPO in new delhi because some source says that you have to pay little extra to obtain roc for Npo , please suggest .

18 July 2011 can u tell me ., how much Authorised capital.,Form 1A - Standard Rs.500, if A.Capital Rs.100000 na Fees Rs.4400, u can see this MCA link under Calculating fee

So 5000 Rupees is complete fees .

DO i need Proff. Assistance for process . or i can do to myself ???

If Proff. need is good then what is the fees for this case .

18 July 2011 But Sir In MCA Website i get to know about Legal Fees ......

But What is the real cost including the assistance fees + Legal assist + others ....Please give me some round figure that what is the fees to incorporate Section 25 Non Profit Organization in New delhi other metro city ??

I asked this query because Few CA and Legal Advicer demand too much to assist to incorporate ( except of legal fees & mainly obtaining for Roc for NPO , so i want to know the safe way with minimum cost .

18 July 2011 do urself, bcoz there is high cost for incorporate the Sec 25 company in outside like agent, PCS, others., so its better u can do.,
