Please give the procedure and method of filling of VAT Return in case we do not have the purchase bills?

and also if we purchase from the unregistered dealers. TAMIL NADU.

31 July 2010 In case u have the details regarding amount of Purchase and amount of VAT along with the Rate of VAT then in that case u case claim the Credit of the same in VAT Returns in absence of Bills. on receiving of bills if any discrepancies found regarding set off of VAT or purchase then u can reversed or add back the VAT or Purchase in subsequent VAT returns.
