About new vat tin number

27 May 2013 Sir, I want to take new dealership of mobile handset. But They told me for getting VAT TIN no.. ? So Please tell me how much charges for that & What is the process online for that?

My Current purchase bills are not exceeding Rs.5 Lakhs. Is it compulsory to give deposit for above condition? Please help me.

You can fill in the forms on-line also for registration through the web site of your state VAT department.Expences will be for submission of required documents,a deposit Rs3-5,000/-(varies on the state),some registration fee Rs500/-,fees and expences to CA,PT,etc.You can expect it to go up to Rs10,000/-....mjk

14 July 2013 Yes I agree with the expert but you have to give reference of one old VAT dealer for more than 3 years old to register you under VAT in addition to the experts comments
