23 April 2015 Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Khyati Soni, student of ICAI. Student Registration No. WRO0296948. Sir/madam, I registered myself with ICAI from Junagadh Gujarat- Western Region itself. Now I am married and want to go to U.A.E. because my Husband is living there. My articleship will be completed on 22nd of June'2015. So, after completing my articleship whether I need to change my student registration with ICAI or not. If yes, than what is the process for the same, because I want to give my final exams from Dubai. Can i give my exams from dubai without changing the regtion??? Please, guide me in this matter as soon as early possible. My e-mail id is khysam3@yahoo.com

yes you can give exams from dubai as dubai is one of the centers given in the examination form dear....

28 April 2015 one more question sir... can i complete my gmcs part-2 after completing my articleship...actually i want to complete my gmcs part-2 from dubai...so can i complete it from there????

Rules say this

The 15 days full time Course on General Management and Communications Skills-II has been administered when a CA student is about to complete articleship training and look for full time employment. He/she has some experience working as an article and needs to be prepared to take on even larger responsibilities. This course is undergone by the students (who have joined on or after 1st May, 2012) during 19th and 36th month of articleship training and completion of GMCS-II Course is a regulatory requirement under Regulation 51A/72A.
