Sir, One person having TDS Certificates since last 3 years. He don't know about filling, so he didn't file his return till now. But now he wish to file his return for last 3 years. Is there any way to filling and get the refund amount . . . ?

it is not possible for filing of return of F.Y. 2010-11 if he want to file we can do with permission of commissioner of income tax but before this pls check' if his income is more than exemption limit then he have to face penalty.
