I'm planning to persue a degree after IPCC,can I do internship after 3rys of IPCC ? i.e after I complete my degree??

You can, but you can not give final exam till you complete prescribed articleship.

Yes you can not appear for CA final withoit completing your articleship. So it would be better to degree course along with articleship. You can pursue another course of study while in articleship by submitting form 112 with ICAI. Your decision to do articleship after 3 years will not be good for your career.
