Sales tax or vat is paid by the consignment agent or branch on sale of such goods.

Furnish the details of goods received or to be received against "C" form to concened officer to get the "c" form .

SO WHAT YOU HAVE SAID FURNISHING OF DETAILS OF GOODS TO BE RECEIVED FOR PROCURING "C" FORM WILL NOT BE VALID FOR GETTING "C" FORM. BUT ONLY ACTUAL PURCHASE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
