MY QUERRY IS THAT "IS IT COMPULSORY THAT THE TDS CERTIFICATE IS TO BE ISSUED FROM THE ONLINE GENERATION I.E.FROM THE TRACES SITE? OR WE CAN ISSUE THE TDS CERTIFICATES FROM THE SOFTWARE GENERATED ? PLEASE GUIDE ME

Yes. It is compulsory to Download Form 16A from TRACES Site.

1)Part -A of form 16-which contains details of tax deducted, is mandatory required to download from traces
2)Part B of form 16 can be generated from your software
