is it possible to file return without pay tax? how and what procedure.

11 May 2016 Yes, you can file without paying tax if your income is below taxable limit.

11 May 2016 yes if your income is not taxable then you can file return .

12 May 2016 If you file the return without paying the TAX and tax is payable than it is default return and you will receive notice u/s 139(9) for this to correct this default and if tax is not payable than it will be process.

If taxable income is below the limit than there in no point (no question / no query) of possibility of filing the return without paying the TAX. So as i understand this query is related to return filing without paying it where it is payable.
