13 August 2014 On 10-08-2014 my contract of 3 year is ended with my current C.A and i get excess leave of 2 month for that period i wanted to fill extension form . I would like to,know which form i required to fill for get extension and i have to wait for letter from institute or i direct start my articleship. And if i changed my CA for extension period.
please replay fast.

13 August 2014 if you wish to serve extension with the old CA, then you can sign form 107 (date is 11 August 2014). If you wish to sign with some other CA, you have to execute Form 102 and 103 for the excess leaves period. You dont have to wait for ICAI to tell you the number of leaves provided you have computed it as per rules.

13 August 2014 But if my articleship extended then what about exam form because which option i am required to select in exam form. I already in may 14 exam selected that serving last six month now again select the same. And is there any other problem of exam if article extended for 4 month about exam.

13 August 2014 you had only 2 months of extension. Now it is 4 months? if it is four months then actually you werent eligible for May!! Ask your principal to manage the leaves on record.
