21 July 2013 EPF apply on basic salary plus DA( if part of retirement benefits)

Employee contribution to PF is 12%
Employer contribution to PF is 3.67%
Employer contribution to Pension fund 8.67%

ESI apply when the employer gross salary below Rs.15000

Employer contribution is 4.75% on gross salary

Employee contribution is 1.75% on gross salary
