12 September 2014 IS IT COMPULSORY FOR F.Y.13-14,ONLY DSC TOKEN IS UTILISED FOR FILING INCOME TAX RETURN AND NOT A PFX FILE ?

12 September 2014 Income tax act made DSC mandatory but not token DSC. If your PFIX DSC have the validity you can you the same for your uploading returns.

12 September 2014 NO it is not compulsory,if Old DSc(.pfx format) have not expire than you can use old DSc till it is not expire,but once it is expired you have to use token DSC.

12 September 2014 Yes if the pfx is still within validity period you can use it otherwise apply for a fresh DSC which will be in token only.
