If you registering from 12th base then from foundation executive and final..within 3 years you can complete..and 15 months training you have to do....so 4.5 years..
From direct executive then 9months gap should be there from registration to exams...after clearing that then final 9 months gap to take all the groups...within 3.5 years..
study materials and scanner is more then enough...All the best
