I am just commerce graduate and working with CA Firm since 2 years. my question is on which portion of accounts , I should command so that i can grow up in industry and even in MNC i will able to work with a high package?

Try to concentrate on learning about Statutory Liabilities (TDS, Sales Tax, Income Tax etc), Finalisation of Financial Accounts, expertise in Tally, Expertise in MS Excel, and Financial Plannings. If possible then try to do some professional course like MBA Finance or CA/CS/ICWA.
