about articleship and registration of Final

08 October 2007 Dear Sir,

A student who has passed PEII in Nov 2006 Exam could not register for articleship due to soem reason. But in practicality he has secured a place workind under a CA as an articled Clerk but not yet registered.

1. Can the delay for the registratiion be condoned?

2. Can we register for the Articleship without registering for Final and Vice versa?

3. If delay can be condoned wat would be the procedure for condonatiion of the delay?

apart from above, If a student is not not undergone Compute Trainig Course can he be registered for Final or Articleship with condonation of the delay.

Is there any other requirement than the fine to be paid?

Are there any details to be submitted regarding attendance?

Can somebody with the real life experience, solve my problem?

09 October 2007 1. Registration is must within 30 days of joining the articleship. You must register for appearing in the final examinations.
Delay can be condoned but for which you will have to pay additional amount of fine. Please verify the number of days of delay and the same is mentioned in the Form No. 1102 and 103 i.e. amount payable as fine.
2. You cannot appear for the Final examination without registration.
3. You will have to deposty additional amount as stated in the Form No.102 and 103.
