07 November 2015 helo my articles joining date is 25th oct 2014 and i got tranfer on 20th oct 2015 and i had availed leaves 60 days in the period between those days, now i am not able to rejoin because of some health prob and i am able to join in December what are the consequences ,please any one let me know about that....thank you in advance...

07 November 2015 in a period of 3 years' of articleship, leave is calculated as : 1 day leave for every 6 days worked. You can work accordingly OR you can extend the articleship for excess leave, if any, availed by you.
