My Friends has established a new charitable trust. Also has a certificate. But they want to get 80G certificate. SO please tell me procedure for that & also tell me is new PAN no want for that or not. If Yes tell me procedure for obtain new pan for Trust.

process for applying for PAN is same as any other assessee. Kindly refer to https://www.tin-nsdl.com/ Fee is Rs 96.
Have your friend applied for 12AA registration? If not, then after getting PAN, apply for 12AA registration and 80G registration.
For 80 G registration, File form 10G. Refer Rule 11AA of the Income tax Rules 1961.
