07 July 2022 ABC Company's name changed to XYZ after amalgamation. I hold the physical shares certificate in name of ABC, therefore, the request for dematerialization was rejected, and asked to get a new cert in name of XYZ.
What is the procedure to get the same done?

They will issue shares in XYZ .
Ask them to issue in demat form.
