Dear Expert,
want to know one thing,
that how i come to know that the car rent bill raised by vendor is with abatement or without abatement.
vendor has not levied his part of ST i.e 60%
also clarify that there is only 40% liability of recipient with or without abatement?

Unless it is shown in invoice full details, you will not be sure of abatement since the effective rate of tax either before or after for Partical RCM, there is no change. Hence, you insist for the same.
