Can anyone please guide me about service tax abatement on tour operator service? How to collect and claim abatement?

A package tour Tax on 25%
A tour if the tour operator is providing services solely for arranging or booking accommodation for any person in relation to a tour .(amount recovered covers up both service charges for arranging accommodation and cost of accommodation) Tax on 10%
Other Cases (means transportation only) Tax on 40%
These exemptions applied only in case of indivisible invoice.
