what is the effect of non payment of asseess tax under 44ab ?
is possible to pay later as cash crunches of client?
whether affect on bank credit term for further OD from Bank?

15 May 2013 Non payment of self assessment tax before filing the return of income makes the return 'defective'. Please see explanation (aa) to section 139(9) of the Income tax Act,1961.
