i initially worked in xyz company which is an mnc and given me form 16 but it did not file return on my behalf for tds as it is not appearing in the form 26AS. should i include that xyz company salary income in my ITR thank u

Hi Shiva,
You should include the details given by your previous employer as mentioned in Form 16.
It is responsibility of the company to file TDS returns.
