A llp has not filed any form last three years

one of our client has not done any business since incorporation and not filed form 8 and form 11.Now LLP wants to close its business.Is there any remedy to get ride of heavy penalties of LLP. please help.

nopes. you will have to file the returns first and pay the penalty. only then you can close it.
