12 December 2007 After completion of CA when we want to join any good company, we are asked our expected pay package. The question becomes vital while we are approached by a foreign company. How to decide the pay in a currency with which we are not familiar?

Its very simple to calculate your pay package in foreign country by mutiplying the exchange rate prevailing in that country with the curency. The more vital aspect is the cost of living in that country. If you can give me details of the country you are planning to move, in that case i may help you with the cost of living.

12 December 2007 Another important aspect evaluate the long term prospects in that country. It should not be so that you are in the company and isolated from the world. There should be number of companies and openings so that in future you have good options.
