Please suggest me :
as per income tax act & co. act under what category should i consider the depreciation rate if A.C has been installed in plant.

AC is an integral part of the plant. Without it production efficiency level can not be achieved. In every kind of such plant AC is necessary. If the situation is like this, take the rates applicable to the plant. Otherwise charge depreciation @ 15%.
