DECLARATION FOR SECTION 2(15) OF THE INCOME TAX ACT,1961
I, Anonymous, aged about 29 years residing at No.1,CAClubindia Apartment,Rohtak Road, New Delhi-1100005 solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-
THAT I am the Managing trustees of a trust viz., ANONYMOUS TRUST with its office at No.1, CAClubindia Apartment,Rohtak Road, New Delhi-1100005.
THAT I know the facts of the following declaration and I am competent to make this declaration.
THAT no funds of the trust will be utilized otherwise than in any one or more of the forms or mode specified in sub section (15) of section 2 of the Income tax Act,1961, and,
THAT the above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
