FOR CLAIMING DEDUCTION U/S 80DDB IS THERE ANY NEED TO UPLOAD FORM 10-I WITH IT RETURN?

No there is no separate attachment to Income tax Return.
15 September 2015
No need to upload {refer rule 12(2)} form 10I with the income tax return. It may be retained by the assessee in his/her records.
