29 September 2014 Dear Sir,
Can An NGO can issue 80G if that is registered under Companies Act U/S 25.

If not for getting issue of 80G authority in which type NGO Act has to be get registered.

29 September 2014 if the company has 80G registration with tax department, it can issue the certificate for the donations received.

Plz note companies registered under section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 are eligible for registration under 80G.

After Incorporation of company We have to registered under 80G with Income Tax Department??? Is there need to full fill any other criteria for 80G after incorporation??
