Eligible payment
Tuition fee to any university, college or school or other educational institution situated in India for the purpose of Full time education.
Tuition fee paid to ICAI cannot be claimed as deduction since the condition of Full time education is not satisying

ICAI membership fee is a fee paid for membership of ICAI. It can be said to be covered under tuition fee. therefore not eligible for deduction U/s 80C
