My Father is paying LIC premiums for myself / my children (Grand Sons)and my wife(Daughter -in-law) , can he claim benefits of section 80 C ,

He can claim deduction u/s 80C to the extent of LIC premium paid for You only. Your wife and Children's premium shall not be allowed.
