For the AY-2012-13 is every person required to maintain books of accounts if he opts for 8% income U/s 44AD.
That for the AY 2012-13 are the doctors and contractors r required to maintain compulsory books of accounts or can they just opt for 8% without books of accounts.

if an assessee wishes to declare income on presumtive basis( above 8 % )than he need not to comply with 44AA
