is it true that in PSUs like BEL BHEL IOC that 60% in intermediate is necessary for practical training? please guide how to achieve it if it is true in one month!!!

i dont think so that there are any rules or limits like this

Yes it can b... evry company may decide these... But its not fixed criteria dear friend....
