Is there anything called grace days of 5 days for remitting P.F or do we need to pay interest @ 8% if not remitted before 15th???

Please tell us the query related to IT,where an proprietor of an enterprise not paid IT since 5 years till the present year.please explain us the proceedure of paying penalty and the formalities to pay the taxes at the movement.
The enterprise is related supply of materials to contruction companies.

Grace days are 5 days. if you are remitting after 20th then need to calculate the interest
