5% SURCHARGE ON VAT IN HARYANA

09 April 2010 Dear Sirs,

Please clarify whether 5% additional tax/surcharge levied on VAT in Haryana from 1.4.2010 will be allowed as Input Tax with the normal VAT Input or not.
