Hi,
Please tell me whether photo studio is eligible for 44AD of I.T Act or not.?

no as professionals are not allowed to take the benefit u/s 44AD.

actually photographers are not covered under 44AA(1). cameraman are included in this only if they are involved in production of a cinematography film.
So you may (I emphasize on may) choose to argue that a photo studio is not a profession as barred under 44AD.
