Hi,
please tell me about:- if software making company provide services outside india and turnover is Rs.36 lacs in p.y.whether the sec 44AD is applicable.

There has been insertion by finance act 2012 in section 44ad to exclude the applicability of presumptive provision in following:-
Person carrying profession as mentioned u/s 44AD(1) _ Legal Medicine, Engineering, or architecture or any other accounting profession or technical consultancy or Interior decoration or any other profession notified by the Board .
Since your services comes under Technical consultancy services hence Sec 44 Ad is not applicable.
