Dear Sir,
A LPG dealer whose business in a rural area and turnover is about 45 lacs. Whether he can opt section 44AD ?
or
He can't opt 44ad, as his business is in the nature of commission.
Please clarify.

However LPG dealers receive their commission from customer, not from their agency.

Dealers gets the LPG and discounted price and sells it in full price.
either way it is a agency business so 44AD not applicable to you.
