sir,
I filed 3CD For the A.Y 2010-2011 and 2012-2013 and 2013-14 as per applicability 44AB and turnover exceeded ceiling limits with respective P.Y's
but in P.Y 2013-2014 turnover is 80 Lakhs can i file 3CD for the A.Y 2014-15 as per Section -44AB is says that turnover exceeds 100 lakhs in "ANY PREVIOUS YEAR" and can you please give me the clarity regarding ANY PREVIOUS YEAR

yes you can...that is the correct reading of the provisions of 44AB
