WILL ANY BODY TELL ME -- IS 44AF ABOLISHED & 44AD IS RPLACED IN PLACE OF IT?

Yes from A.Y.2011-12 44AF abolished and replaced with 44AD and also some major change to 44AD i.e. previously 44AD covers for civil contractors only but now it covers all the business except who covers under section 44AB.
