31 July 2012 if i have to file income tax return for asst year 12-13, using benefit of 44ad

can u pls advise which itr form needs to file

31 July 2012 File ITR4S. It takes care of presumptive sections like 44AD

11 August 2012 There is a catch in this. Choice is with you whether to prepare the computation through some software or of your own. Another point could be whether to disclose in the said computation that you are going by 44AD or not. You need to take the call.
